Some things we do differently:
We walk all of the dogs at least once a day - no extra charge! It keeps them
happy and exercised. We enjoy walking the dogs, it helps
us get to know the dog in order to monitor their mental and physical health and
we get to pet them while on the walk.We want owners to
bring their pet's own food. This is because a sudden change in the dog's
diet can cause an upset stomach and unnecessary stress on
the dog. It takes a little more time and care to feed each dog their own
special menu - but it's worth it! (They also all get treats before bed
- if allowed.)
There is no extra charge for giving dogs their necessary medication.
We may ask a few extra questions - just to be sure we get it right - but no
fees. We consider this just a part of some dogs' lives, so we are happy to make sure the dogs are properly cared for.
After 5 nights of scheduled stay, the dog gets a free bath! This is
to make sure you - the owner - are happy with the dog's visit; we even wash
any bedding you might bring, if it can be washed. (Our washer
sometimes cannot handle the larger bedding.)
