First, let's discuss boarding... for dogs and cats!

We have 19 runs with inside and outside space for your dog.  The inside runs are heated and blankets and bowls are provided for your convenience.  The cost per dog per run is $12 a night plus tax.  There is a discount if you have two dogs and want them in the same run.  With the exception of Sunday, you should pick up your dog before 11:00a on the day of scheduled pickup in order to avoid an extra charge.  We require proof of vaccinations (rabies, distemper, and bordatella - kennel cough) and you must bring your pet's own food.  We walk every dog every day (weather providing) and do our best to give the dogs lots of attention to keep them happy!  You can bring toys and treats for your dog as well.

Cats are kept separate from the dogs and have their own 3 ft. high cage with different levels to jump and play on.  We provide the litter box and food bowls - you bring the cat's shot records and food.  You can bring kitty toys and treats if you like.  The cost for one cat per night is $9 plus tax - you get a discount for 2 cats in the same cage.

Now onto grooming...

Grooming is done by a certified professional and prices vary by breed and coat condition.  We never use drugs at our shop.  You can make an appointment to get your pet's nails trimmed, just a bath and brush, or the whole works - a full groom!

A full groom includes a double bath, stimulating brush to remove dead hair, blow dry and new style.  Also, the ears are cleaned and nails trimmed as necessary.  We can even brush their teeth if requested.

Now available, the Furminator treatment!  This involves a special shampoo, conditioner, and deshedding tool that can help reduce shedding significantly.

Last but not least, we are capable of pampering your pet with a full spa treatment, including a full groom, relaxing massage with music, and soothing aroma therapy.  Call to schedule your dog's day of delight!

How about training...

Our trainer is certified and used to work for a major pet retailer.   We offer puppy intro classes, basic obedience classes and problem solving sessions.  The puppy classes are $15 per session and run for two sessions.  Here the puppy is introduced to the leash, taught how to sit and you get tips on housebreaking and other puppy- raising issues.

The problem solving and basic obedience both cost $20 a session.  Problem solving is an individual session that you set up to discuss a difficulty you're having with your pet - like jumping, for example.  Basic obedience runs for 4 sessions for a total cost of $80 (you may pay as you go along).  This class covers cues such as sit, down, stay, come; the class also reviews issues like biting, jumping, chewing, and walking on a leash.  We believe in positive reinforcement, redirection and humane correction (such as time out and taking away things).  Classes are typically on an individual basis with a week in between sessions to allow time for progress and questions.

Dog obedience benefits owners by enabling them to have a well-mannered dog that is a joy to walk and live with;  it also benefits the dog by assuring him of his place in his home and calming him by providing positive training and clear direction.  We help you to help the dog know how to please you!

Last, but not least, dog massage...
